Return eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your full order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unused, in their original condition with all tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
How to start a return
All returns must be requested via our online return portal. To start a return, submit your request using your order number and email address. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed instructions, including the return address and shipping requirements. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
